Our goal is to provide quality seasonable produce prepared in a simple and straightforward manner where the produce used is emphasised.
Chapter One opened it’s doors in May 2010 by chef patron Hiram Cassar. The restaurant is situated in Saint Julian’s just down the road from the Hilton and Portomaso on the way to The Westin Hotel and casino.
Hiram started off his training in award winning restaurants and hotels in Malta.
His main training took place in a well known prestigious Michelin starred restaurant in the heart of Paris where he was able to learn, not only the art of cooking but also discipline and perseverance.
Chapter One also boasts a warm family run hospitality that is rare to find.
